Today, we had a request from the compliance department of one of the reps using our service.   That request was to add 5 paragraphs  of information to all of ads, booklets, landing pages, emails, texts, etc.  We cannot and do not customize our services for each individual advisor. 

Note: the advisor can PERSONALIZE his booklet with his own information. He CAN add any disclosures that he desires in the booklet.

The advisor can also change the email messages and text messages we send on his behalf.  These can be customized in any way the professional desires.

The ads we run on the INTERNET however are standardized.  We cannot change the ads for each advisor.  Here is my response to the professional.  Read carefully please and do not register advisor who state such requirements needed:

Your compliance department requires disclosures to appear in any email communications between Senior Leads and a prospect/lead, as well as any advertising including, but not limited to, mailers, website ads, landing pages, etc

Rob,  we serve thousands of financial advisors and insurance professionals.  Our system is standardized and we are not able to change or add disclosure language to our ads required by one firm.  We will not be able to comply with this request.

At $32/lead, we offer a standardized leads service.  Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change our ads, landing pages and standardized emails for each professional using our service.  Our system does not permit such individualized customization.

Had we been informed of this requirement at the outset, we would have advised you not to register for our service.

Please confirm that we should close your account.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refund for a requirement that was not disclosed to us (in which case we would have told you we cannot accommodate it)  and then requested of us after you activated your account.
