There are no refunds and to get the leads replaced, you would need an active your account.  (please see the agreement you signed).
Let's say that you closed your account and have 3 lead credits due you.

If you have closed your account and want to reopen your account so that you can get the 3 replacement leads:

 

1.       You will only be able to cancel on the next 1st or 3rd Thursday of the month

2.       You may get more than 3 leads wile your account is open and would be charged for those in excess of 3.  We have no way to limit an account to just 3 leads and we cannot forecast how many may arrive during any period between the first and third Thursday.
