2. If we get a lead from the same email address for a different booklet, we forward that to the advisor but he is not charged.
Here is an example:
Let's say that you have requested several lead types including rollovers and investments,
Joe Smith, prospect, sees our offer for the rollover booklet and orders it and you get the lead.
The following week, Joe sees our offer for the booklet on investing and orders it and you get the lead.
If Joe used the same email address for both requests, our software will send you the second lead but you will not pay for it.
How can you tell that you are not charged?
Here is a video so you can see in your back office that you are only charged once

3. If the same prospect submits a lead twice but uses different email addresses, our system would not know these are the same people and we will credit these by hand when the advisor notifies us.
H
HHere is an odd case that can happen among two advisors who have requested the same zip codes: prospect becomes a lead two times within 30 days and each advisor gets one of the lead requests
Note the following: if you get a duplicate lead and the email address is the same, then our software will show you the lead but will not charge you.
