The autosend feature sends booklets to all prospects and cannot be turned off for individual prospects.
The email drip system and the text messaging can be turned off for specific prospects.
The auto-send feature, when enabled, sends the booklet immediately before the advisor can even see the identity of the prospect. Therefore, how could the advisor decide they don't want the booklet automatically sent as it is sent before the advisor knows the prospect's identity. The booklet is sent only once, as soon as the prospect enters our database.
You must enable the autosend feature. it is not automatically set to ON. If you leave it off, then you can click the manual "send booklet" button in your prospect list and you would need to do that for each prospect.
